  2. Knead the dough, add cold water (a few spoons) if necessary to make it elastic enough. Roll it into a ball, wrap it in cling film and refrigerate for one hour.
  3. Later, divide the dough into two parts (the base should be a little larger).
  4. Roll out the base into a thin layer and place it on the bottom of a suitable mold without forming sides.
  5. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the base until light golden brown.
  6. At this time, grind the previously defrosted berries using a blender, add sugar and starch. Place the bowl with the mixture over low heat and cook after boiling for no more than 3-5 minutes until the mixture thickens a little. Refrigerate.
  7. Place the cooled filling on the baked base. Roll out the rest of the dough thinly, cut into strips and place in random order on top.
