3. Pour in cold milk and sunflower oil, mix until thick and knead with your hands.

4. Let the dough rest for a while.

5. Cut the dough into two halves, roll one into a thin flat cake in the form of a rectangle, place it on a sheet greased with butter.

6. Spread jam over the entire surface. Instead of jam, you can use any jam or marmalade.

7. Peel the apple, cut out the core, cut into medium squares and lay out on the surface of the layer.

Mannik in my family is adored by everyone - both adults and children. But classic recipes quickly become boring. Plus, I always like to experiment in the kitchen. So I decided to bake manna with canned pear. I always take pears from my own supplies, not store-bought ones..

For this I will need the following ingredients

  • 1 cup semolina
  • 1 cup curdled milk
  • 2 chicken eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 tablespoons premium wheat flour
  • canned pear - to taste
  • a pinch of salt.


Preparation

Pour semolina into a deep container

sugar, salt and soda

I fill it all with yogurt and mix thoroughly


I leave the mixture for an hour in a warm place to swell.

I add canned pear, cut into slices, to the swollen mixture.


Mix everything and beat in the eggs


Stir again and gradually add flour


I knead the dough, the consistency is similar to thick sour cream.


Line a baking pan with parchment paper

Parchment makes it easier to remove baked goods from the pan and the dishes remain clean afterwards. I pour the dough into the mold and tap it on the table a little so that the dough lies evenly in the mold.


I place it in a hot oven for 30-35 minutes.

After the time has passed, I check the readiness with a skewer. If it is wet, then I bake it for another 10 minutes. If the skewer is dry, then I take the manna out of the oven and let it stand for a while, 1-2 minutes.


Then I cover the top of the manna with a plate, turn the mold over and remove the contents from it. I remove the parchment and leave the manna in a cool place until it cools completely.


I cut the cooled manna into pieces. Inside it turns out airy, juicy, tender and does not crumble when cut


The pear also softens and becomes tender during the baking process and does not interfere with the enjoyment of baking.
